- You will need to purchase a ticket to watch the competition.
- Do not purchase a ticket for your athlete.
- At Nationals Coach Ivan will give them their credentials and that will allow them into the gym and to watch the competition.
Level 8
Training: Monday, June 16th 1:00-2:30pm
The girls will need their warm ups and NOLA National leos and black shorts for training. Girls should not have any exposed undergarments or straps. Black t-back sports bra is acceptable. Sizing will be in the Acro warm-up area before or after their scheduled training time in the development hall.
Competition Day 1: Tuesday, June 17th
- Stella, Pender, and Rachel (Dynamic) - Session B
- Elise, Ellie, Pender, and Juliette (Dynamic) - Session C
Competition Day 2: Wednesday, June 18th
- Stella, Pender, and Rachel (Balance) - Session F
- Elise, Ellie, Pender, and Juliette (Balance) - Session G
Level 7
Sizing: Wednesday, June 18th 8:45pm
It will take place in the warm-up area of the Acro development hall. For Sizing the girls will need their warm ups. Wear your hair down, no ponytail.
Competition: Thursday, June 19th
- Grace, Emma, Ramona - Session I
- For everyone`s information, I will not be going to Nationals this year, so at Nationals you will need to contact Coach Ivan if you have any questions about when or where to meet. He will create a group chat with each group. From there Ivan will send more details about exact times and location to meet.
Attached below is the training schedule and competition schedule. On the competition schedule it should have their warm up time as well, which is 1 hour before they compete. Again, Coach Ivan will give further details as to when he wants the group down at the venue. You will be asked to arrive earlier than what on the paper since it is very possible for them to run ahead of schedule.
